A good place for breakfast/brunch on a weekday

I am taking my nephew for breakfast/brunch on Friday morning. We have wheels so any location in Toronto. Looking for good food. Not too noisy so we can have a good catch up talk.

    Thanks for all of your suggestions. We ended up at Tulip. We had a great breakfast. Next time, we will try one of your recommendations!

          Easy Restaurant is my fave for an interesting breakfast, and Detroit Eatery is my fave for a greasy spoon.

              Lady Marmalade on Queen St E is always a good option. Go early if you can.
