Moving Out of NYC any last treasures?

I am moving out of NYC after living here for a couple of years. Any recommendations for must-go or must-do experiences? I am not interested in places like Per Se or Le Bernardin. Thanks!

thanks for the replies! I know this is vague but i enjoy most cuisine (not really a picky eater). And I am moving to the Washington DC area so i feel like I won't be hurting for variety. What i am looking for is quintessential New York experience that i might have missed. I will look for the LES walking tour and the boathouse!

Search the board for RGR's LES walking tour. If you haven't done that, it is absolutely worth it.

The Boathouse is a memorable NY experience.

It's difficult to make suggestions without knowing the types of food that you enjoy. Evidently high end formal dining is out but that still leaves thousands of options. Also, where are you moving? Perhaps you could focus on cuisines that will not be available in your new hometown.
