Kosher Foodie Tour in Tuscany

I just saw this blog post about a high end kosher food tour in Tuscany this summer. I doubt I'll be going, but I must say it's rather tempting to be able to go to Tuscany and taste all the food that we would usually not be able to experience. If anyone is interested, it may be worth checking out.
