Price point and area you're looking in would help hounds provide suggestions.

The tried and true Splendido and George would fit the bill. On the new side of things, some folks on this board have enjoyed Stock in the Trump building. If you want to do something a little less formal you might want to consider Buca for some contemporary Italian.

I've heard Stock is quite pricey for what it is ?
The others sound like good contenders

          Thx

Stock isn't really my thing but some folks here seemed to enjoy it and the room look appealing if that's your sort of thing. The other three are all places I go to at least a twice a year.

We have never been to Buca
Do you think our college grad would enjoy ?

I think they would. It's a nice contemporary room. Way more comfortable than something like Stock, George or Splendido for a young person.
