ANY restaurants in Bruges open on a Monday?

I'm making a day trip here, and every single restaurant I've looked at is closed on Mondays. Any suggestions? We're just looking for good food and are open to all cuisines.

Look at Den Duyver and Den Huzaar. We were just at both places last Monday! Bon Appetit!
