Only 1 splurge dinner in Istanbul - Mikla?

I decided to do one splurge dinner while in Istanbul.
I don't have many criteria, mostly I'd like to have a good view over Istanbul. Maybe fish or something light. And, of course, superb and memorable food. Something that would stand out from the usual good food.
My choices for the other nights are Cyia and Zubeyir. For lunch we're looking forward to try as many different wraps, kebabs, koftes etc as possible :-)

Would Mikla be a good choice? Or would you recommend someplace else?
Thanks!

Definitely Mikla - world-class fine dining in Istanbul. Ciya is home-made Turkish food - hardly a splurge, go for lunch, however interesting it may be. Zubeytir is a good kebab house, that's it.

    Happy eating in Istanbul!

Hi - I am hardly an expert, but Mikla was our favorite and modest memorable dinner on a 4 night trip to Istanbul a few years back. And their view of the city, especially from the bar upstairs, is fantastic. Granted, I am not familiar with the other two places you mentioned.
