anyone try this costco country ham?

ive never had a dry cured ham. this looks good. how would you cook and serve? does it need to be eaten all at once?

    1. reading the reviews on the costco site (there's 39 of them), it ranged from people loving it because they knew what they were getting and people hating it because they DIDnT know what they were getting ("there's mold on it and it's too salty!") . But most that treated it like proscuitto agreed with one thing: it was hard to slice :-)

      I'd like to try it too but can't eat all of it. it's a good deal!
