What are the best bar/pubs for college seniors to go to in NYC this St. Patrick's day??

What are you looking for? Most Irish bars are going to be crowded and noisy which is good some college seniors. These boards tend to skew a bit older, hence you might get a better recommendation if you are looking for something a bit tamer.

I would go to the Scratcher. Unless you're looking for someplace to get super drunk and scream-y, in which case please don't go to the Scratcher, as you will annoy the other patrons.
