Fresh hedgehog mushrooms at Costco

Wild. I just picked them up today at the Costco in Peterborough. $9.99 for the package which (I think) is a pound (sorry forgot to look). Not sure what I'm going to do with them but something for sure! Very cool find.

Thanks for sharing. I have picked up Chanterelles (a close relatives to the hedgehog mushrooms) a couple of times from the North York Location and they were very nice. Full of great taste with eggs or pasta.

I was getting the chanterelles last fall. Never seen the hedgehog ones at Costco before though.
