Tea Shops West End?

Sam Salmon Mar 8, 2012 07:41 PM

After circumnavigating Stanley Park by bike today I felt a powerful urge for a fine cuppa-alas it's been many a moon since I lived in that hood and a cruise along Denman showed ZIP.

Looking for something like Secret Garden or Teaz or GI Tea-nothing serving 'bubble mud'.

Anything come to mind?

I live in the West End and while I'm not a tea person, I don't believe there are any major tea places around here. Shame, maybe a good business idea.

It's not quite in the West End but the Urban Tea Merchant on Alberni/Georgia is the only one I can think of in the downtown area.
The Fish House also does nice tea but it's a sit down experience.
