Is this truffle oil?

Just bought a small bottle of 'Quintessence' truffle oil with ceps'. It's got not smell and no flavor. It's only a 80 ml bottle which cost about five bucks. I thought the smell and flavor would be intense.

FYI, most "truffle" oils don't contain any truffle, or, at least are "enhanced" with artificial flavors.

The real thing costs several times that amount and is intensely aromatic.

Yeah it's the same product. The reviews on 'Amazon' were NOT good. Anyone want an 80ml bottle of 'used only once (cough) truffle oil? It free. "Just pay shipping and handling" (thirty bucks) Actually I've got another 'free bottle. "Just pay separate shipping and handling" LOL

Then no. It sounds like this product or similar, ceps makes me think porcini, so it sounds like a poricini and truffle blend. This products ingredients are

Grapeseed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Porcini Mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), Flavors.

No truffle listed, just "Flavors" so that would likely explain the lack of smell or flavour.
