Slate experiences?

Anyone had food or drinks at the recently-opened Slate on High St in the Financial District? How was it? How's the decor and service? Curious to try it soon and looking for recommendations / warnings - thanks!

I stopped in for a beer and burger during opening week...both pretty good for that price range, but nothing too special. Overall the decor/presentation doesn't feel that different from any of the other $$ gastro-pubs in the area, although I know they are trying to emphasize their bartenders/cocktail offerings as being a selling point. Not bad if you are around the way but (based on one modest visit) I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
