Taipei for japanese food

Hello, I know that Taiwan is famous for street food, but i also heard that there are some good Japanese restaurant that serve authentic jap food.

I am looking for some recommendation on Reman, sushi, and tampanyiki.

Not necessarily the best of the best in terms of food, but few in Taipei would argue that mitsui provides one of the best combination of food, service, and atmosphere.

There are many sushi places with omakase/bar seating where you can get more unique dining experiences.
