Beef Suet in NYC?

Greetings... Does anyone know where to find beef suet in the city? Have a recipe for a Brit steak pie w/ marrow bone that uses beef suet in the pastry and wondering where to go to pick this up... any ideas?

I believe I saw it before in Dicksons Farmstand. I usually go to Ottomanelli on Bleeker for all my butcher needs.

I've never tried to purchase it, but I suspect many good butchers in the city would have it. If you don't have any certain responses, call a Citarella, Ottomanelli's or Florence Meat Market (my personal favorite).

Thanks for the recs, M. I'm near Citarella, so I'll start there. Making a few pies and was hoping to sidestep buying a few pounds of beef kidneys.
