  1. Drat, I'm out of the country on the 8th, but I'm glad to see the All-Stars back. There were some good competitions last season.

    1. many of the all stars in last season's matches displayed phenomenal technical mastery and speed -- two levels higher than most of the winners in the regular competitions. the eliminations that reduced the competitors to the final two, Sanchez and Applebaum, were highly entertaining.

      1. great I enjoyed last season's.

        1. I'm looking forward to seeing Murphy and Keeghan cook

Me, that caught my eye for sure

          2. Very excited for this!!!

            1. Penny? Should be entertaining...she might be one of those trash talkers.

Is Aarti Party still around?? Haven't seen a new episode in ages.

              1. It would be more exciting if each episode had a contestant from each group, i.e., one IC, one show host, 1 FNS finalist, and 1 Chopped judge. We can then see whether the IC chefs truly reign supreme.

                1. Thanks for the head's up!!! I enjoyed this last year.

                  1. Bumping this as a reminder for people who care. It seems like there were a decent number of comments for threads last time around.

FN was also trying to remind us with a Chopped marathon on CookingChannel last night (Friday). Presumably the DDD fans would have had a fit if they did that on the main channel.

They're also re-running the first All-Stars tonight on the main channel.
