Help! Need a venue for a birthday party in downtown Toronto!

I'm looking for a funky space that will accommodate about 30-50 people. Cash bar, Wine & beer is fine, don't have to have fancy cocktails, although that's ok too. I would buy apps to serve. Ideally a space that also allows for dancing (we can provide our own d.j.). Any suggestions would be helpful.

Maybe the room upstairs at Grace on College. They may want a min bar spend for a weekend night but it is a good space.

I've been lucky in the past with $5-8 pp for apps (had a great party years ago at Looking Glass on Church with dancing and cash bar) but from what I can see now it's just pubs at that price. Any thoughts? Willing to forego the dancing if needed.
