Financial District after work

Looking for a place to take a friend to celebrate her birthday. She works in the financial district so where is there a good after work crowd with good music and good food also? It's an early celebration starting at 5pm.

      Ulysses has a good bar scene, the food is OK. Harry's around the corner and same owner, has better food but an older crowd. Capitol Grill has decent food and a "wall Street" crowd at the bar
