Rome on Sunday April 1

My friends and I will be in Rome for one day--Sunday--before leaving for early morning flights. It appears that no Michelin-rated restaurants are open. So, does anyone have any recommendations for really good, trendy restaurants that are open for either Sunday lunch or dinner?

Alternatively, I am looking for an agriturismo or locanda in the hills for a typical Sunday long lunch. I can't find one after exhaustive searches.

Thanks.

I think you emailed me about this? Glass all the way!

I believe Pipero is open for Sunday lunch.

have you checked all? Glass has 1 star and is usually open on sundays - though I don't know specifically about April 1st.
