"Crisco" for Passover

I would like to know if there is a product similar to "crisco" that is kosher for passover - margarine will not work because of it's yellow color.

  1. The blocks of Passover margarine that I've always seen are a very close color match to Crisco, not yellowish at all.

Yeah, Pesach margarine tends to be much whiter than regular. You can try coconut oil which is a solid at room temp but I dunno who makes it KP.

    2. Remember Nyafat? Ah . . Those were the days!

      1. What are you planning on using Crisco for? Is color the only consideration or are there cooking properties that you need to worry about?

I would go w/spectrum organic coconut oil over pesach margarine - http://blog.beliefnet.com/homeshuling...
