does anyone know where to get blood for making black pudding in asheville,nc?

        This shop is fantastic! I picked up an assortment of items last time I was in town and have been very, very pleased. Got to "talk shop" with the fellows for a short while, then they got slammed.
        I wish they had existed in when I lived in Ashevegas
