Stand out dishes from Orlando Food Trucks
Sometimes I get stumped on what to order thought this might be fun. What are your stand out dishes from Orlando Food Trucks.
Here are a few of mine:
Swede Dish -
Swedish Meatballs – Homemade Swedish lean ground beef meatballs with mashed potatoes, cream sauce, pickled gherkins & lingonberry jam - I thought I had died and gone to Valhalla
Pinchomania - Chicken Pinchos
Feast Beast - Chicken Heart Skewers
Crooked Spoon - Mac & Cheese
I don't get to many often so I'm curious next time I do, what dishes are the best on the menu?

I really have to try the chicken heart skewers from Feast Beast! Once Big Wheel served marinated, grilled chicken heart skewers, and I loved them. I also like IKEA's Swedish meatballs, so I'm sure the Swede Dish version is even better.
For me, it's hard to beat the Crooked Spoon Burger (not the 420, but their signature namesake burger). The only better burger in town is from the Ravenous Pig. I haven't had one in a long time, so I'm hoping to hit the Fashion Square Mall food truck bazaar this coming Sunday night and bring them home for my wife.
My favorite from Big Wheel is a buffalo-style pork belly sandwich with spicy vinaigrette and homemade buttermilk ranch. Luckily, Chef Tony usually has that one on the menu.
