Rucola on Dean & Bond (reservations for 5+ only). Some have liked Bacchus recently, but we haven't been back in years after some disappointments. Convivium Osteria on Bergen and 5th. New Italian that we have not tried Va Beh on Dean between 5th & Flatbush. Vegan: Maimonide of Brooklyn. Kosher (but not Jewish food) Pardes (might need reservation). Jewish, but not Kosher, Mile End.

I like Bedouin Tent a lot, corner Atlantic & Bond, if something this casual suits you. Nothing to rock your world but good predictable middle east with fresh baked pita.
