ISO bulk citric acid powder? Toronto?

I am looking to descale kettles etc and make a soapnut hair shampoo and I need citric acid powder.
Anyone know where I can find bulk powder?

I found some at Qi on Bloor (near Bathurst). It is AMAZING. I descaled my Zojirushi kettle AND removed teh horrible minerals stuck humidifier that vinegar (%20) left behind. I was about to trash it, then I though what the heck, I put in a tiny amount in the boiler and when I came back a few hours later it was like brand new!!!

thanks! I hear it is good for keeping sliced apples from browining for school lunches (I read it on the McDonald's apple packets). I wonder if they do a citric acid wash and how much to use without making the apples sour...
