I was in Benicia for the first time in a couple years today.

I guess Char's Hot Dogs moved to First St. It has been in Benicia for years in another location. They have Chicago dogs, Hawaiian Dogs, California Dogs, etc. With a name like Char's I didn't expect they are steamed. Supposedly they have a snappy casing
