Travelers-PA airport food

Im flying into Philly for a layover before heading to LA--any thoughts about good (not fatty) food?

I was thinking legal seafood --have you been? I never have so it's a shot in the dark for me. I'll be there for dinner

Any help is appreciated

  1. What airline are you flying? Do you know which concourse(s) you will use? It is a big airport, which will limit your options depending on the length of the layover.

In flying US airways--I think terminal/concourse b if I remember correctly.

    2. There is a wine bar in the B/C Connector called Vino Volo thats pretty good for small plates if you're looking for something light and a glass of wine. My only experience with Legal Seafood is the one in Atlanta (not in the airport) and I was pleasantly surprised. It was much better than I expected (although my expectations were pretty low, lol).

I'm not sure if they have the exact same menu at every location, but here is whats on their website:

YW. Apparently, they also have a location within B Concorse itself:

Vino Volo is the ONLY place I'd recommend in the airport. I mean, it's nothing mind-blowing, but it's close to the only airport food I've ever had that tastes like real food.

        3. I have eaten at Legal Seafood in the Airport several has my wife and can tell you it is cut above.....way abov.....most airport stops! Of course, I go for the FiredClams..juicy with just the right amount of breading. My wife adores their lobster roll. Prices are not cheap, but no more than their landside places. It's noisy and crowded, but what airport place isn't? You could do al ot worse

They are in the mall between Band C.closer to the B end
