Grand Daisy on Sullivan St will be gone in July

Grand Daisy on Sullivan Street will be closing that location in July. That is the original location of Sullivan St Bakery. Monica ( owner Grand Daisy) and Jim Leahy were partners in Sullivan St Bakery. They then went separate ways. Grand Daisy on W. Broadway( Tribeca) will be the new flagship store.
I wonder what they will do with the original custom made oven from Italy. I do not think the bread and pizza is as good at the Tribeca branch. Perhaps when Monica and the head baker move there , it will be as good. Assuming the original oven does not make the difference.
