Rumor has it that at least for a while you could get their fare off the net or at some store somewhere south of hillcrest but I was never able to dig up the dirt on that. We're veg heads and eat at the one in Carmel Mountain, though there are others all around SoCal. They'll make a veggie burger out of any burger on the menu--some of them quite interesting. Go hungry. The burgers are huge. And, an order of fries or onion rings will easily feed four. You just have to kind of get over the decor, but for good food, I don't care. By the way, you can take your non-veggie friends and they'll be happy also. It's a great place for a mixed diet group or to take a family. They make their own burgers; mushrooms were freshly grilled. In the same area, the grilled portobello burger at The Linkery is available as veggie or vegan.
