Good Food, BYO in Lancaster?

I'm looking for recommendations for restaurants in Lancaster that are BYO that serve good food in a pleasant atmosphere. I know there are plenty of Asian places, but to find an Italian restaurant would be great. Actually, any type of restaurant that is conducive to relaxed dining would be appreciated. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If my one experience at Maison was representative, it may be the best restaurant in Lancaster BYO or otherwise. Can't wait to go back. Hands down the best meal I've had since moving to the area.

I've heard great things about Maison, and I'm looking forward to going soon. I was hoping to get a recommendation (or two) for a BYO that's more for "everyday dining."

I really like El Maizal (Colombian). I've never done BYO there, but I don't see why you couldn't. I'd call to check. You can have a relaxed meal there and it's more of an everyday restaurant than Maison.

La Costena (Peruvian) and Rice & Noodles (Vietnamese) are great as well. Rice & Noodles can get very busy at times and may not be the place for a leisurely meal.

Most of the casual BYO places I can think of are Asian.

The only Italian BYO I can think of is DiMaria's in Mount Joy: http://dimariaspizza.com/

They actually make very good food. The Grandma's Pie is awesome, as is their tomato pie. Their Italian dinners are very good as well. It is very casual, but can get a bit crowded at prime time hours, as it is not very big. It might be tight for a big group, but I think it would be perfect for around 4 people.

Thanks! Too bad Mt. Joy isn't a bit closer to Lancaster. I know it's not all that far, but Lancaster town/outskirts is the area I need to be in.
