baking with curry

I love using curry in my meals. But I've never baked with it before. Does anyone have any dessert recipes using curry?

I think it would be interesting in desserts that are pineapple or coconut heavy, like cooking light's roasted pineapple shortcakes with coconut biscuits.

Are you talking about curry powder? It is a blend of spices that vary. I use cardamom frequently in baked goods.
