Has anyone checked out Kris yet?
I overheard a neighbor saying they enjoyed a meal there last week, but I couldn't find anything on here.
Any reviews or opinions would be much appreciated.

I haven't been there and the only things I've heard about it since it (re)opened haven't been good.

How can you give a negative report to a place you've never been to? That is just not right and very unfair. Someone has put a lot of time and money into this venture and it deserves to be judged on its merits. I do not know these people, so I have no vested interest, but c'mon, be fair!

As I said, I haven't been there, and I haven't given a report one way or the other. If you'll notice, I kept my mouth shut after newtophillyfood's first post, which was asking for reviews or opinions.
But the answer to their second post, "anyone heard anything?", is yes, I've heard something. I was walking by it a week or two ago with a couple people I know who have been there since it reopened and they said that it's comparable to Kristian's level of quality. That's all they said. I visited Kristian's once years ago, it was OK but not worth the price being charged. So I probably won't check Kris out myself. If you do please report back.
