Article in NOW about last season's Top Chef Canada contestants (possible spoiler for Season 2)

I was reading a feature on Toronto Life about Justin Gallagher leaving Grace and there was a link in the comments to this NOW Magazine article.

I hope it's just the author putting a negative spin on things - I'd hate to think everybody was doing badly after the show. The thing that annoys me is that the author mentions the frontrunner and possible winner of Season 2. I mean, the show hasn't even begun to air yet, why would you do that?

I don't read NOW so I'm not familiar with the author but I don't care for his negative tone. He's tainting Season 2 and it hasn't even started.

I really don't see how it's much of a curse, chefs come and go from restaurants all the time, go see new things and try out different venues. On a similar note restaurants come and go, it's not like Chris participating in the show caused Woo to close down. Oh well, people say lots of stuff anyways
