Tucson, what's good and close to the Fox theater?

Will be in Tucson tomorrow evening and would like a good place fairly close to the Fox theater,Mexican,Thai,Greek,Italian, doesn't really matter too much, just not outrageously expensive and good,Mom and Pops are my favorites, don't care for chains.Any suggestions appreciated.
Hopefully some local Tucson hounds will add some other favorites, but Cafe Poca Cosa is less than two blocks away from the Fox. We went on our last visit to Tucson about a year ago, and although we didn't swoon over it the way some people seem to, it was undeniably a fun, tasty night out.
Not dirt cheap, but not punishingly expensive either (I seem to remember entrees in the low $20s, but my brain is fuzzy right now), and you do get some value for your money. Nice riff on upscale more southern-style Mexican, the menu changes twice daily based on what's fresh. Fun atmosphere, solid cocktails.
We have two suggestions for you:
'47 Scott', located at 47 Scott, a small restaurant and bar. Trendy cocktails, good food. Very friendly.
Another is the 'Hub Restaurant & Creamery', 206 E Congress, This is a vibrant restaurant, bar and with wild house-made flavors of ice cream. Wildly popular on weekend nights!
