Any good caterers in Fresno

Any recommendations for nice places that will cater hot lunch to offices in the Fresno area? I do lunch presentations there at architectural firms and would like to supply some nice food.

Pardini's had been in the catering business in Fresno forever. Though I have no personal experience with their work, longevity may mean success. You didn't mention the group size, but a private room in one of our best restaurants might be a thought. It would seem to me to be less of a crap shoot than a caterer you don't know.

Not impressed at all lately with Pardini's. Painted Table is much better.

I have heard good things about the Painted Table, although I don't have firsthand experience. It is in the Tower where the Daily Planet used to be.
