Where to go for a fun dinner on a Wednesdy night for @ six people? An "Old Standby?"

A group of my friends and I traipse around town trying out the trendy restaurants every other month or so.

Someone suggested we check out some of the "old standbys."

I'm not even sure I know what the old standbys are anymore.

Suggestions?
