A fun place to eat for a rowdy, loud group of 6, approx. $20-$30 per entree? Good drinks=IMPORTANT!

It's been YEARS since I've been to Vegas. My friends are going to Vegas in March and I told them I would help them find a good place for a birthday dinner. This is a very rowdy crew, 6 people total, they are trying to keep the budget down to about $20 per entree plus drinks, dessert tip etc. Is $20 per entree even possible in Vegas these days? The most important part of the dinner will be a fun place to accommodate this LOUD bunch, a fun atmosphere/good views. Good drinks and friendly staff are a must. I know this is asking a lot, so if the entree price must go up (to maybe $30.00 per entree), I understand. They are open to any type of food except sushi. PLEASE HELP!! :( Any suggestions?

P.S.
They are staying on The Strip and will not have a vehicle

Typical pub fare. Better food to be found at The Pub in the Monte Carlo. I only went with Dick's based on the stressing of LOUD and rowdy, along with drinks. Bonus that everyone will get hats with very snarky things written on them.

On the other hand, if they want to actually enjoy what they are eating, The Pub at MC would probably be a better choice.

    1. Public House at the Venetian if the group is a more refined and Señor Frog’s at Treasure Island if not.

      1. PJ Clarkes in the forum shops.

        1. Thanks for the recs, I think ive talked everyone into upping the budget after seeing the limited choices we would have w that low of a budget

          1. What about Holsteins? I haven't been but it seemed to be a pretty fun looking place, menu works with your budget, they have an ENORMOUS beer menu, and I've heard their "adult" milkshakes are delicious.

As long as expectations aren't too high, I think that Holstein's is a terrific idea. It has everything Tampa asked for with possibility of a great view. The bar area is quite attractive, and there is plenty to gape at in the Cosmo, but maybe not in the restaurant, itself.

Todd English PUB in another option but the atmosphere at Holsteins is much better. I actually think Jaleo would be perfect but the price is a bit high for what the OP wants.

Holstein is indeed very loud but good burgers and fries.

+1 for both Holstein's and Todd English PUB.
