i'm thinking of maybe trying the corned beef and cabbage for St. Pat's day.

Monaghan's is what used to be the old school Cesar's steak and pasta in Woodminster (next to Montclair)

Now its a poorly remodeled gin joint for the local drinkers. Cheap drink specials and fried wings and poppers with cheese sticks!

Nothing more..nothing less.

I find it hard to believe they are creating "the best bagels in the bay!"
But perhaps things have changed in the year since I was last there.

The corned beef and cabbage for St. Pat's day will probably be ok...but I doubt you will be writing home about it.
