Freshest Fish options?

Looking for a fantastic place to take my father for his 40th?

He loves fresh fish with all his heart. I am interested in places in the Baltimore, Towson, and Annapolis area. But DC isn't totally out of the question.

I heard Black Olive in DC was pretty great, with there preparation of whole fish. Which is fairly intriguing.

O'Leary's in Annapolis, also Rockfish and I have to admit that Chart House location is actually a rather nice one.

Thinking your DC place might be Black Salt, which is in the Palasaides area just north of Georgetown on MacArthur Blvd. Very highly acclaimed but a bit of a hike from Baltimore.

Black Olive is in Baltimore and is great for fresh fish
Also great is Catonsville Gourmet inBaltimore County
Tio Pepe in Baltimore also has wonderful fish dishes as does The Prime Rib
