Kitchen Nightmares/HON Episode [split from Home Cooking]
A friend had suggested that place when I was in Balt in Nov. but it was in the midst of being revamped. There was an article in the local paper about the bad feelings her trademarking Hon had caused. So I had to watch the show when I saw they were the subject and wondered if it was really that bad. How could you possibly "86" about 8 dishes in one serving? That had to be for the cameras, no? And why would people keep working there for 10-20 years if she was so bad?
I have not been to Hon for quite a while, but never thought the food was that bad. Not creative, but well prepared for what it was. Did they go downhill after the trademark fiasco? Was the bad food and busy night disaster staged for Ramsay?
Oh well. That's entertainment.
