Best bone-in ribeye in Manhattan

someone is taking me out for my birthday, and I'm looking for the Manhattan restaurant with the best bone-in ribeye steak. Opinions, please!

      Thank you all. I think I'll probably end up at Strip House or I also heard that BLT Prime is also very good. Did anyone hear about that?

      Haven't been in a while but Ben & Jack's has a great ribeye.
      Smith and Wollensky is close second. I personally dislike Luger's, but that's mostly because I prefer my food to be seasoned.

          my favorite is Striphouse, followed by Smith and Wollensky then Quality Meats. If you're willing to go to brooklyn I like Peter Luger's ribeye but my favorite is still Striphouse.
