Hello Wonton - Closed?

My sister went to Hello Wonton this week and it was closed. I verified online and the listing does say that its closed.

Does anyone know what happened? Have they moved locations?

Second question is that was my go-to Wonton place. Where should I go?

Thanks in advance!

Good riddance. That place was gross and I still went there after all my co-workers started panning it, until the quality degraded further to where even I noticed the problem. No more dishwater soup and questionable dumplings.

A(nother) korean place is opening up in its place, hopefully it will be decent.

Asian Legend down the street does a wonton noodle soup that's decent. Substitute for the hand-pulled noodles and you've really got something.

Walked by today. It looks like they are still in business but offering korean dishes in addition to Wonton noodle.

Have you tried the Congee Time on Yonge, North of Finch, in the same strip mall as Foodbasics? I like their "hk style spicy sauce shredded pork noodles" and satay beef fried hofan.
