My food world have flipped since having a child with special dietary restrictions, and I am constantly recipe hunting.

I could actually make this for him with a few other slight changes-thanks for the idea!

I've made the gnocchi from that recipe (I haven't made the sauce, though I'm sure that's great too) and they came out lovely and pillowy. I think they're a bit more delicate than gnocchi made with wheat so you have to be careful when cooking them because they fall apart more easily.

Did you try a search? I just googled *gluten-free gnocchi recipe* and found quite a few.
