My food world have flipped since having a child with special dietary restrictions, and I am constantly recipe hunting.

I've made the gnocchi from that recipe (I haven't made the sauce, though I'm sure that's great too) and they came out lovely and pillowy. I think they're a bit more delicate than gnocchi made with wheat so you have to be careful when cooking them because they fall apart more easily.
