Stroudsburg area

I am running the Poconos Marathon with some friends (yes, this is OUR version of a Girl's Weekend!) Will most likely partake of the the necessary, horrible pre-marathon pasta dinner all races have, but we are looking for something special Sunday night, after the marathon (we would certainly be having an early dinner.)

I've been looking and most of the threads are a bit old, so I thought I'd ask. When I say special it doesn't have to be four star, but somewhere yummy, maybe locally sourced, with martinis possibly (no chains.) Anything in about a 30 mile radius would be fine.

Help a fellow Chowhound out? Does such a place exist? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the Stone Bar is a Pocono gem! Also consider Studebakers in Stroudsburg, casual but excellent food, prices, and atmosphere,
