Dinner on Broadway in Sacramento

Decided to have dinner at Hoa Viet on Broadway last night. Got there and it was closed. Sign on door says "Closed temporarily due to fire". Couldn't see any evidence of fire. Does anyone know what happened? When they might reopen?
Went around the corner to the new "Jag's India House", formerly of Santa Barbara. Any word from Santa Barbara? Remember this restaurant? They've just opened in the last couple of weeks. It's a pretty place - you enter through a courtyard with a fountain and blooming vines. Indian music piped in. Reminds me of Carmel, somehow.
Had lunch there a week ago and it was a little spotty. No menu. Lunch was chicken, lamb or vegetarian. I chose lamb. It was a lamb curry, rice with seeds, almonds and raisins, and an orange lentil dish. Everything was tasy but the lentils were undercooked. Ordered Naan with it and it was pasty and uninteresting. I ordered a spice level of 6 out of 10 and think I could have taken it up a notch or two. I was the only customer in the restaurant.
Anyway, hubby and I went back last night. This time, all but 3 tables were occupied. Only one waitress, friendly but clearly in over her head. Took a while to get recognized and shown to a table. Water didn't arrive for several minutes. Took a while to order and she didn't get the order right, twice. Each dish is clearly made to order and it takes a while for them to come. Garlic naan this time - much better tasting, but charred around the edges and dry. Food very tasty, heat level just right, but garbanzo beans were undercooked.
This is a very pleasant restaurant and I would go back again after they've had time to iron out the wrinkles.
