Japanese Ramen Pop Up in Columbia Heights

Does anyone know if the pop-up ramen joint in Columbia Heights is still in operation? I'm thinking of going for lunch today.

    Pretty sure they took over the Senor Chicken place (permanently? still haven't changed the sign). Also pretty sure they only do dinner. You can search chowhound, I think I posted an article about it.
