Where to get different types of lobster dishes

I know you can get lobster at many restaurants, but are there any good restaurants where you order different types of lobster dishes? e.g. lobster thermidor, baked stuffed, savannah

On the brunch menu at Sam's they have lobster with green chili grits and a pan sherry sauce which is outstanding.
