Recs for a Great Italian place for April business dinner?

Usually do steak at Del Frisco's. Want to change things up a bit.

Looking for a great place for Italian food for an up coming business dinner. Party of 4-5.

Don't mind spending but Bartolotta may be a bit too pricey... Have done Ferraro's in the past.

Any suggestions for something REALLY good? On or off the strip...

Nora's Cuisine. Food is very good.

If you are willing to go Off Strip to Summerlin, Parma by Chef Marc is fantastic. I have always been overwhelmed by the personal attention by Chef Marc - I usually get the Ossa Bucco, but one time when they were out of it, he came out to the table, and we talked for about 10 minutes about what else that he could make that would be similar, and I ended up with some awesome pork shoulder. I love their Sunday sauce, I like the Italian Deli / coffee house vibe, and the food has always been top notch. I always bring friends from out of town here when we want to get away from the strip.

I've been to Nora's, Rosemary's, and Ferraro's, and Parma is just as good as they were, although entirely different - less formal, more rustic, Very personal.

Sounds like an interesting, idiosyncratic place -- very much needed in Summerlin. Thanks for the tip.

Let's also add a note on Parma - on Wednesday night's they get the pizza oven out. Straight VPN practices with first-rate ingredients, and some terrific combinations.
