Edible flower essence

Where can I purchase edible flower essence in Montreal, such as violet, orange blossom, etc?
Organic would be great.

Bio Terre in Mile End has a wide selection of Divine Essence brand floral waters and essential oils (lavender, orange blossom, geranium, camomille, rose, rosemary, peppermint and others). I believe they also carry another brand but don't recall the name. Thanks for the inspiration!

Akhavan has rose water and orange blossom water and probably others. You can probably find these in any Middle Eastern store as well as Indian store.

Yes Akhavan has some.
You can also try Adonis, which has a lot of essences now for sale.
