Looking for a great diner for breakfast/brunch in Bethesda area

I'm going to be in Bethesda on Sunday and am looking for a good, classic diner. Any suggestions?

Tastee Diner is your best bet for the real deal. It's off Wisconsin Ave, on Cheltenham (I think that's the street name.) I haven't been in a few years, but frequented this when I was younger, pre-food allergies :)

Thanks...the real deal is exactly what we're after! We'll give it a try. (The other option we were considering was "American City Diner" on Connecticut.)

If it's not too late, you can also consider the Parkway Deli in Silver Spring. You would need to drive from Bethesda. Or how about dim sum instead? Also in Silver Spring- Oriental East. First seating at 11- need to be in line about 10:30

Great idea! I'm coming from Annapolis so dim sum would be a real treat!
