Good Chinese in Dover DE?

Looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Dover. Any suggestions?

    There is none unfortunately. If you want the best of the bad, Rice in West Dover (in the same strip mall as the closed down Superfresh) is the best Dover has to offer.
