Buffalo Wild Wings

How is possible to have some med. hot buffalo chicken wings and have them be tasteless??? The "BLUE CHEESE" dip tasted like ranch dressing with some very small bits of blue cheese in it. My husband grabbed a carrot stick and commented that even that didn't really taste like a carrot. !
It had been about 5 years since we had eaten there, and when we left decided that it would be at least 5 more years before we even think about it again.

Funny. I had always stayed away from it, even though I know someone who manages one. I went to it about three months ago. Not his place either, so I wasn't persuaded to say something nice. Great service (at bar). Mango Habanero wings were nice, very hot and good flavor. Perfectly cooked. The Blue cheese dip was lacking, but the veggies were crisp and cold. Being it's a chain, I would have said something. You might have got a bad batch.

I'm not a fan. There are far too many places doing great wings to waste time and money on BWW.

I disagree that too many places do great wings. People have grown accustomed to average wings and dub them great. Been a while since I've had great wings

I guess it depends on where you live then.
